We the undersigned Sheriffs from across the state of Georgia emphatically reaffirm our complete endorsement of conservative outsider Derek Dooley for United States Senate. 

We endorsed Derek Dooley out of a belief that he will support law enforcement, keep Georgia communities safe, and defend the rule of law in the United States Senate, especially as it relates to the unprecedented illegal immigration crisis caused by Joe Biden and Jon Ossoff. That belief has been confirmed by Derek’s unwavering promises on the campaign trail. 

Derek Dooley’s strong stance on illegal immigration has been repeated clearly and without equivocation: Derek Dooley believes that immigrants who entered our country illegally must be deported and he does not support a pathway to citizenship or amnesty in any way, shape, or form. Period. 

Derek Dooley is in complete agreement with President Trump’s aggressive executive actions to secure our border and ensure criminal illegal immigrants do not pose a threat to Georgians or Americans. Derek also believes Congress must codify President Trump’s executive actions into law and finally implement an immigration system that puts Americans first.

Mike Collins is unfortunately doing what all D.C. politicians do when the facts do not align with their desired narrative: they lie. Mike Collins is lying about Derek’s position on illegal immigration because he knows Derek is the stronger candidate to beat Jon Ossoff and finally return this Senate seat back to the people of Georgia. 

As Sheriffs, we are insulted by the insinuation that we would endorse any candidate that supports leniency for illegal immigrants who broke our nation’s laws and threaten the safety of Georgians we swore an oath to protect and serve. 

We know for certain that when Derek Dooley swears his oath as our next Senator, he will hold steadfast to that very same commitment and ensure our border is secure, that there is no safe haven for illegal immigrants, and that the people of Georgia are safe.
